We recommend the following payroll cycle, ensuring that you have as little to do as possible:
 

Payroll Bureau Cycle

 

 

 

Thereafter:

  • We issue any P45s as necessary as staff leave
  • Each month we instruct you with the payment of PAYE/NI (P32 - the yellow book) or we can pay this by Bacs as required together with other deductions
  • At the year end we complete the P14/P60s and P35s using HMRC on-line systems
