• Contract of employment - we issue you with a contract of employment and Health & Safety Policy

• Timesheets and expenses - we provide you with an expenses claim form template to send through along with your signed, approved timesheet

• Invoicing your client or agency - invoicing is included and if required we can chase payments to ensure you are paid on time

• PAYE and National Insurance - payroll processing

• Payment by Bacs, Faster Payments or CHAPS - as an alternative to the Bacs system we are now able to offer FASTER PAYMENTS which have recently been adopted by most of the major banks. If your bank or building society does not accept this payment it will automatically be converted to a CHAPS payment

• Holiday Pay - under the Working Time Regulations holiday pay is calculated at the rate of 12.07% of your basic wage and taxable commission in that period and is included as taxable income on each payslip produced. This element is paid to you on an on-going basis and is disclosed separately on your individual payslip so you can provide adequate arrangements to ensure you have income to cover any times of absence

• Insurance - Employers Liability Insurance, Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.  If required, Visa and reference letters for tenancy and mortgage applications etc

• Professional advice - designated account handlers and professionally qualified advisors are on hand for advice and support as and when required.
