How Does the Service Work?

 

• Step 1 - Contracting company notifies Eagle Umbrella of requirement to employ contractors.

• Step 2 – Contracting Company issues purchase order to Eagle Umbrella for the provision of services.

• Step 3 – Contractors apply for employment with Eagle Umbrella.

• Step 4 – Eagle Umbrella verifies identity of contractor and issues contract of employment and related policies to contractor.

• Step 5 – Eagle Umbrella delivers services using its employees to Contracting Company.

• Step 6 – Eagle Umbrella is advised/calculates the value of work performed and invoices Contracting Company.

• Step 7 – Contracting Company pays Eagle Umbrella

• Step 8 - Eagle Umbrella pays Contractors

* Based on a travelling home-based engineer employed for 21 days in a month where there is 2 days holiday, 1 day sick-leave and 1 day with no assignments. Salary is £30,000 pa (£115.38 per day). Engineer typically travels 75 miles per day in own vehicle without expense reimbursement.
